Ok sorry to hear this. You need to try new browser and log-in possibly fresh. Or clear your cache and cookies. Then click on the treasure. Then start a quest.
VPN or multiple / previous game acccounts may conflict.
You need to launch the game from bananatic.
You may be sent the skin up to 48 hours, but ensure you have smoothly registered to the game and your Quest approved.
Log a Support Ticket if it hasn't arrived. and check spam folder.

how to i actually send a support ticket as this site feels really fake i won a skin and it wasnt sent i also did quest 1 went to go get chest and its still tellin me to do so after one week
