I recommend you try again by cleaning all the cookies in your browser and history and also playing the game for atleast 15-20 minutes. Also if you want, try it on another browser and it should work. Sometimes it can take a few goes but be sure you have a steady internet and you are doing it in a continous motion (doing everything at once ) and it should work.
